If meeting at our White Bear Lake office, we have free parking available in the lot adjacent to our office, as well as plenty of street parking within the neighborhood. Please plan to arrive a few minutes early to your appointment, and call our office if you are running late.
For health insurance appointments, please let us know if you would prefer to meet in the conference room on the first floor, as Char's office is upstairs.
Preparing for your initial Financial Advisory Appointment with Jason
Your initial appointment with Jason is typically around 90 minutes. To make the most of your first session, please bring your photo ID, along with a comprehensive snapshot of your financial life, including your recent bank statements, investment account summaries, and latest tax returns. Beyond the hard numbers, it is incredibly helpful to have copies of your insurance policies, retirement plan details (like a 401k or 403b), and any existing estate planning documents like a will or trust. Most importantly, come prepared with a list of your short-term concerns and long-term dreams, as these personal goals are the "why" behind the numbers and will serve as the compass for our entire planning process.
Preparing for your initial Health Insurance Appointment with Char
For your first meeting with Char, please remember to bring your Medicare card (if you are 65+), along with a list of your prescriptions, a list of your doctors and specialists, as well as the names of any hospitals or clinics you want to make sure you stay in-network with.
During your one-hour meeting, you will discuss your healthcare priorities and concerns. Char is there to answer your questions and help provide you with the information you need to select a suitable health insurance plan.
