Caleb Barnard
Financial Advisor
Caleb has spent the past five years helping pre-retirees, retirees, and multi-millionaire families make sense of their money for making a difference with it — with a particular focus on tax, income planning, and impact investing. Before joining Focal Point Financial, he worked as a financial analyst for a global nonprofit ministry, an experience that gave him a front-row seat to how much good well-managed money can do, and how much stress poorly-managed money can cause.
That's really where his passion for this work comes from. Growing up, Caleb saw firsthand the toll that financial hardship and uncertainty can take on a family. That experience left him with a simple conviction: no one should have to feel desperate about their finances. It's why he loves what he does — not just building plans, but helping people connect their finances to what actually matters to them: their values, their faith, and the life they want to live.
Caleb is a graduate of Colorado Christian University (2011–2014), where he earned two bachelor's degrees — one in Business Administration and one in Accounting — while also playing three years of Varsity Division II baseball as a starter. He's currently pursuing his CFP® designation.
Originally from South Texas, Caleb has called Colorado home for over a decade. He and his wife Rebekah are coming up on three years of marriage, and in May 2025 they welcomed their first son, Henry, who has brought more joy into their lives than they knew was possible. When he's not working with clients, you'll likely find Caleb and his family outdoors — hiking, traveling, or simply enjoying time together.
At the heart of it, Caleb believes financial stewardship isn't really about the numbers — it's about giving people the freedom and confidence to live out what they care about most.
